Background story is we booked our land and sea separtely and not through disney so this is why there is so much confusion and also because the dolphin is not included in the magical express.
Ok we have two scenarios so you tell me which one is cheaper and easier
1) we arrive at mco airport and pay for one way transfers to the dolphin which is 17.00 each for two adults, then pay 100 dollars total for two adults for disney cruise line transfers meaning they pick you up at the dolphin, bring you to the port and then will bring you back to the airport after your cruise.- so total for that is 134.00 for two adults
2) second option is do round trip transfers with mears for two adults which would cost 52.00- this would take you to the dolphin and then bring back to the airport- where you could pick up cruise line transfers on the day of your cruis from there that would have to take you to the port and then back to the airport after your cruise- but I am not sure how much this cost- does anyone know? If you do know please help me decide which is our best option.
SORRY if this sounds confusing :Pinkbounc
THANKS

I'm guessing option 2 is 2 round trip transfers. I would call DCL, there info is confusing. Here is what I found. Ground transfers can be purchased for $59 per person (3-, 4-, 7-Night Caribbean Cruises and 7-Night Land & sea Vacation). When transfers are purchased, you will receive the following benefits:

3-, 4- and 7-night Caribbean Cruises
Airport pickup
Rount trip ground transportation
baggage handling - from plane to hotel to ship.

So it looks like DCL charges 59 per person wether you take it from the airport or the resort. I know that with Magical express they've lowered the cost of the land & sea to cover going to the hotel. Since you're not eligible for that part, I would think that DCL would still let you pay the 118 for the hotel to port to airport. I know DCL used to pick up at the swan and provide transfers.

If they don't let you do this, I had thought I read that it was 25 per person from Port to airport, if this is the case, then that would probably be 100 for round trip and still cost more.

Also do you really want to have to lug your bags from hotel to bus to airport to another bus to dcl.

Another option would be town car, not sure how much it costs though.

I think renting a car for your trip to the port one day is only like $35? that may be easier and cheaper:) just an idea!

we cant rent a car so that is unfortunately not an option. Yes but since we booked through dreams unlimited we cant book it through disney ( we can only deal with dreams) and option 1 is what my travel agent requested. UHHHH im so confused

DCL transfers are $30 per person per leg or $59 per person round trip. A trip from the Dolphin to port and port to MCO is considered a round trip.

It will be cheaper to do Mears one way MCO to Dolphin, then DCL Dolphin to port and port to MCO. If you do Mears round trip (MCO to WDW) then DCL round trip MCO to Port you are actually paying for a "leg" that you don't need.
