OK guys (especially Papa Deuce)- you'll will appreciate what I just asked DH for

I started back on my low carb lifestyle last week (down 10lbs already ) and we got to talking about meat preparation at work today. A couple of the guys gave me a grat idea for my mother's day gift this year. I just sent DH an e-mail requesting this for Mother's Day!

My DH laughed and said "only my wife would request a meat smoker as a MOTHER's Day gift"

BTW, do you like beer? I have an awesome recipe for beer braised / smoked brisket that can be modified for low carbers, though it is better if ya have some of the carbs that I add.
