So, want the most valued time to go, thinking beginning of February next year, want it to be cold, like jacket weather... and low crowds would be lovely... any ideas as to when we should go in the winter months for this kind of experience.. we stood moderate in the royal this year, next looking for value season to stay deluxe, yacht club... any help so appreciated... when would you go for low crowds and cool weather and value pricing.. Thank you...

Mid to late January is a good time for lower crowds & cooler weather.

We have done the middle to end of February and the weather has been beautiful. Problems with February are high crowds during princess marathon time as well as President's Day. We are doing mid-January 2016 and are hoping for nice fall-like weather. We went late September and thought the heat was going to kill us and we live in TX - LOL

you can't predict weather,esp. this year! it's hot in the northeast too in December! normal december temps were usually much cooler in Disney, I would expect Jan to be much cooler too, but who knows?
