Ok crafters, school me!

Hey guys, I have been on the dis for a good while here, but never really came over here Thanks to the dis I was able to make my last trip to the world AMAZING! I would love to make the next trip even more amazing! I love what you all do over here, and am so envious of your skill! I thought I was fancy cause I could do punk rock needle point! lol

I have to admit, looking at all the different pages it quite overwhelming for me and I don't know where to start.

I would love a few shirts for our family to all wear, and would love money envelopes too. and anything else that you guys think would rock!

I'm sure you hear this a thousand times, so I'm sorry if it is annoying. Just point me in the right direction(s) and I'll be on my way!

If you want to start with T shirt DISigns than look at Natalie's thread. As I often tell her, she rocks! Other DISigners do too but this is a GREAT starting point.

Many people specialize and you can see that in the name of their thread.

I do all kinds of DISigns so most people simply check out one of my threads and then wander through my photobucket.

You also can't go wrong looking at the following thread where designers are asked to say something about themselves.

We try to bump this to the top periodically as I have just done.


Various DISigners do invitations, mousekeeping envelopes, stuff for cruises, holiday DISigns, journal and autograph pages, etc. etc.

Long time DISigners will point you in the right direction if they know someone else has an amazing DISign or specializes in what you are requesting.

I could give you a long list of very talented people but you will find them in very little time!! (and I don't want to leave anybody off such a list)

Prepare to be amazed!!!!!

Thank you so much! it is quite overwhelming, and I don't even know where to begin!!!! It all seems so complicated! Then there is the whole make up your mind and pick aspect that I'm sure will kill me lol! I am not good when there are too many choices!!! I suppose I should make a list of what I like, and stick to that!

Just be sure to save any DISign which you may potentially want in the future. Many a DISer has had to start a thread in a hunt to find something they saw "somewhere" and may never trackdown again!!
