OK....any recommendations for a decent digital camera at or under $100????

hey everyone,
anyone have any recommendations at all for right at or under $100.00....obviously I will not get a GREAT camera for this, but just one that will work well enough for our august trip, with everything else that i have to buy for this trip (stroller, car seat, dvd player, etc....) i would like to see what decent but cheap digital camera i could get away with???? Please anyone have any recommendations, please please let me know....thanks.

$89.99 at Target. I got one for my teen sister for xmas this year. She says it works fine and you can put in a card so you have more room for photos. Sorry that I don't remember the name, Panasonic maybe? Anyway they had a few for $119 and under. This was the cheapest I found though.

ok -I'm no help here 'cause It's not exactly in your budget...BUT maybe you'll still have time to save??? MAYBE??? We just bought the Canon A510 for $194 @ Walmart! AND LOVE it (So far!) it's 3.2 megapixels (fine if you're not blowing them up huge). You can shoot panoramic,black/white,sepia it records movies (short ones of course) you can even customize the thing to say cheese right before you take a picture (or record a Disney song!!!)
I'm BEYOND impressed so far!

BUT as far as under $100 it will probably have to be a used one...but they do sell some at Walmart/Target that are not with the other digitals they are next to the throwaway kind & the 35mm hanging on a peg that were like 89.99...just ask the photo people about them---

BUT you're memory is gonna be the expensive driving you WAY over wahat you want ot spend 'casue what comes with ANY of the cameras (even the 7.1mp my MIL just bought only took about 10 pictures total. So there is NO WAY around not buying more memory.....we did find that Sam's had the best rate for the memory (about $25 cheaper than Walmart)

You don't HAVE to go the WalMart/Target route if you don't want to. If you sign on with Circuit City, they send you little notices when they have sales. Sometimes you can luck up on an internet only sale and get a 3-megapixel digital camera for 69.99 like I did. I thought I wouldn't be able to get a decent camera, DIGITAL CAMERA, for less than $150. I am VERY excited . My trip is in 3 weeks!! GOOD LUCK. Look up Circuit City online. I just bought this camera. There were others. I think the sale is still going on...
