Oil of Olay -or- Neutrogena -or- Aveeno

combination (dry/oily)

There's a difference between dry and dehydrated skin. A lot of people think their skin is dry (needs oil) when really it's dehydrated (needs water). I'm not sure what you're hoping to achieve (I'm way down at the bottom of the skincare rabbit hole, but on the upside my skin didn't even look this good when I was 20 lol), but try a moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid in it. I think the only drugstore line that has it right now is the Neutragena Hydroboost line. It's has hydraters and moisturizers.

ETA-Hyaluronic acid keeps the skin hydrated

I buy Oil of Olay Complete, and have for years. I forget to put it on half the time, though. I really should take the time to use it, and think I will be more cognizant of it now. I think I'll also take a look to see what other products they have in their line, and if any apply to me, lol. I use just Dove soap in the shower, and scrub my face lightly with a facecloth, and my skin is nice and soft and in pretty good shape for my age. Fortunately I was blessed with good genes. My mother's skin is baby-soft with very few wrinkles - at almost 92!

At 70 yo, I've definitely tried the gamut of skincare products, but I've found Lancome works best for me. Your mileage may vary.....LOL

I used Oil of Olay for many years. After I was diagnosed with Rosacea, I switched to Aveeno ultra calming foaming cleanser and moisturizer.
