Do people coming from Florida to Ohio have to fill out a COVID card like nys does?

No. It's a travel advisory, not a mandate.

Are you asking about arriving in FL from OH? I don't think FL has any restrictions on who can come into the state anymore, the NY/NJ/CT restriction was rescinded.

No. We flew into MCO last week and out of MCO to CLE this week and not a peep was mentioned. We are quarantining regardless because it’s the right thing to do. We get tested Sunday to ensure we’re in the clear. Choosing to vacation at this time is a personal choice but putting others at risk once you return is not.
