Ohana's not what it used to be

These reviews make so super nervous! My mom ate at Ohana's 4 years ago, and she ADORED it. We are going to WDW in February of 2017 to celebrate her 60th birthday, and the one thing she wants is to have dinner at Ohana's on her birthday. She's so special to me and I want her birthday to be super magical and perfect. I would hate for this to be such a downer! She hasn't really had table service anywhere else, so I don't know if I could persuade her to pick a different restaurant.

I really hope they get their act together and I see some positive reviews in the future!!

I have to agree with the majority here. We are now former fans of 'Ohana. Back in the day we loved this place, but on our last visit, we paid a pretty penny for poor service and subpar food. We arrived when 'Ohana opened, and we were among those who were seated first. From the moment we sat down we were rushed. The noodles arrived overcooked, barley warm and so stuck together they were inedible. I politely asked for a noodle replacement, and beverage refills, but they never appeared. We were lucky to get a few pieces of meat. So yeah, at least on our night, all-you-can-eat was just a myth. After an eternity someone came by and plopped down the dessert, and the check. Sadly 'Ohana is over for us, and we have moved on to Kona Cafe.
