Ohana's for Breakfast or Lunch?

What is so special about Ohana's breakfast?
What is so special about Ohana's dinner?
Trying to decide which one- thanks

Well, I haven't been to either, but 'Ohana is a character breakfast with Lilo, Stich, Mickey & Pluto.

'Ohana dinner has family-style type skewer meals in which they keep bringing you food. No menu. First salad, bread, noodles, then skewers of turkey, beef, shrimp. Then the bread pudding which everybody says is heavenly. Supposedly at dinner, there are coconut races, hula hoop contests, and just overall fun for the family.

We are trying 'Ohana for dinner in Sept.

The 'Ohana breakfast is my favorite character breakfast. It isn't so much the food, it is family style typical breakfast food like waffles, bacon, and scrambled egg, but the atmosphere. The Polynesian feel is a great way to kick off the morning and if you can get there right around sunrise and get near a window you get to see the sun come up over MK.

The dinner is pretty much a carnivor's dream so if you like meat you may like that meal. My suggestion for eating at the Poly would be do 'Ohana for breakfast and Kona for lunch or dinner. Kona's lunch portions are huge so a late lunch there may suffice for a dinner at a fraction of the cost of most dinners.

We haven't done O'Hana for lunch, but have for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was fabulous in terms of character interaction and entertainment. The food was very good, although our server was very slow. We had a lot of fun and would definitely do this again. Dinner ... not so much. Honestly, we didn't really see the appeal. I wanted to really enjoy this meal as I love the atmosphere of the Poly but I just couldn't. The meal was just ok, and I felt like we were being rushed through. We will definitely do breakfast again, dinner I don't know.
