We had one ADR booked for our weekend Disney trip with our three kids. We were at O'Hana's last year in June, had to leave early due to an emergency.

So, this was our much anticipated "take 2" of O'Hana's. Last June, had a great server, food was great, lots of fun!

This time, although our wait wasn't too long (approximately 15 minutes), we were seated then had to wait a while for our waitress to take drink orders. Then we finally got our drinks after another wait, and we told the waitress that our kids wouldn't eat any of the regular food (she had offered them cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, etc.)

To make a long story short, we weren't offered all the meats that we were told would be coming around. We had to ask for the pork, since it never made it's way to the table. We weren't offered second helpings of any meat, although we had been at our last visit in 2011. Not sure what is the norm since this was only our second visit.

Then, the kids food didn't make it to our table until DH were done eating our dinner (if you've been to O'Hana's you know that dinner lasts a long time because of the way it is served). By the time their food came we had to literally wake them up as they were all sleeping. Luckily they did wake up and eat, so the money wasn't wasted (10 year old dd had to pay adult price of $35 for her chicken nuggets). Our waitress disappeared for quite a while as we were waiting for the kids food to appear...not sure if she had forgotten to put the order in or what happened, but then she appeared with their food just as I was about to cancel the order completely.

I will say the food was very good and no complaints with the quality, just the service and price was not up to par. Our bill was approximately $140.00 for two adults and three children (one child priced as adult). As much as we like the food at O'Hana's and the atmosphere, I don't think we would ever justify the price at a future visit. Last year our bill had been much lower because we had an 8 year old, 7 year old, and 2 year old (ate free). So a huge jump in our bill over last year, and it ended up not being worthwhile.
