We recently got switched to the Poly and are looking at the food choices there. Everything looks great...I'm doubtful that we will get a ressie, but in the off chance that we do...how are the sitting arrangments there? It will only be DH and myself. Will we sit alone or with a family?

Also, how does Kona compare? Apples and oranges or somewhat compariable food wise? TIA!

You will sit with just the two of you at a small table.

'Ohana is delicious!! I love the food at dinner time (never had it at breakfast.) You will be seated by yourselves. If you can get a reservation- Go for it!!:thumbsup2

I hope you have a great trip!!

We love to eat at 'Ohana and like it much better than Kona. I would definately try to get an ADR there for dinner if you are able to.

I think the food at Kona's is the best.

Thanks everybody! :goodvibes We were able to get ressies! I was shocked! If anybody is looking for ressies for 8/25 they are open in the evening! :cool1:

We'll have to get something at Kona while we are there...what's best? Desserts, lunch??? I'm getting so hungry!

We have found Kona to be one of the lesser known, yet better restaurants at WDW. We have always had good service and the food is very good. Lunch is a great choice as the menu is similar to dinner yet cheaper.

By the way, the desserts there are very...very good too! You should definitely find your way there somehow.

We really enjoyed 'Ohana both the atmosphere and food!! I would try it. A table for 2 may be doable. If you don't get it before you go talk to the conceige.
