Ohana was amazing tonight!

We had hot white towels last Monday. So, it's no a "used to", they still do. We had the exact opposite experience you did and that's the same experience we've had all 3 times we've been there.

Well it must have been our waitress then. Ohana, used to be our favorite restaurant. The last few times we had been to Ohana, it felt like they want to rush you in and get you out. Everything is served to you at once, except the last time we went our waitress was horrible and service was slow. When we went back in May we had the same experience with being rushed, and the chicken wings were very fatty and the meat on skewers was extremely dry. I will say when we ate there in August the steak was more juicy and tender. I guess it's hit or miss. We alway have the same consistent good service, with great food at Boma though.

You know, everyone's perspective is so different on Ohana. I think a lot of it is a matter of opinion.

Like I said we went to Ohana and then to Texas de brazil several months later. Texas de Brazil had WAY more options, much better quality of food, and a very nice upscale atmosphere. I really liked it.

But, DH says it was "ok" but Ohana was way, way better. He's a simple guy so I think the simple (and delicious!)food options at Ohana suited him, the Hawaiian theme and atmosphere of the restaurant made him smile, and just the general magic of being at Disney (although really, it wasn't any more themed than non-Disney places).

So Ohana is our number 1 must do at WDW from now on. I think DH would be very disappointed if we missed it on a future trip.

O'hana is a must for us. Usually do it twice per vacation.....whole family loves it......this year we're having breakfast there, heading out to MK and having dinner there the same night.......plus going another night that week.

Love it......

We also had the hot towels on September 9th. Good food and overall good experience. We also were not rushed at all.
