I went online this morning and saw that there was an Ohana ressie available at 8 p.m. on 6/17. Sweet! I was so excited as the only reservation that I had seen for Ohana was at 9:30 way too late for us. I gave my cc# and booked the reservation-got the confirmation email with the reservation# and the 8 p.m. reservation time. I was on MDE just now and the reservation time is showing up as 4 p.m. instead of 8 p.m. I tried calling the reservation line and there's a message that the system is being enhanced and they are unable to view reservations at this time. I don't want to cancel the reservation-I want the 8 pm reservation that I received the email confirmation for. I also dont want my CC to be charged if we don't show up for the 4 p.m. reservation and show up for the 8 pm. This is so bizarre!
I wound up calling the CL Concierge at IPO and inquiring about the reservation. He told me that his system reflected the 8 p.m. reservation but saw that MDE reflected 4 p.m. which is impossible as Ohana isn't open that early. He was able to get into Ohana's reservation list and see that we are indeed scheduled for 8 p.m. He said he had never seen that happen before where MDE reflected something different and that he would submit a ticket to IT for it to be looked into. He was so sweet and emailed a copy of our itinerary with all of our reservations for the week. Thanks for the help everyone!
