'Ohana Recipes?

My sister and I are thinking of doing the 'Ohana menu for Christmas instead of the traditional Christmas dinner (since we'll have that a number of other places throughout the holidays). We have a few recipes, but are looking specifically now for the scalloped potatoes and peanut dipping sauce recpies. Anyone have them and willing to share?
