Hi! So a reservation opened up during our stay. Yay. Very excited. However my 5 year old is very very picky. Will they be able to accommodate him with just chicken nuggets/tenders?! Thanks in advance! We don't want to miss the experience

I think so. My girls were not eating their dinner and the server brought them some nuggets. I think she must have gotten them at Kona.

Don't know about nuggets, but our daughter was able to get mac & cheese.

Yes - my 4.5 year old had a choice of chicken nuggets and fries, Mac and cheese, hamburger or hot dog at ohana. He also got a brownie cupcake for dessert!

We ate at O'Hana last night. The little girl at the table next to us was served chicken nuggets and fries.

Our ODD is incredibly picky, but even she really enjoyed the chicken there. We were so sad when they took it off the menu, but I believe it's back now. :)

Yes. We had the same challenge with my daughter when we went. They brought her chicken nuggets without hesitation.

We have got Mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, grilled cheese, etc. we at there every year and they have always offered the kids more than one choice. This past time he brought a platter of Mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, French fries for our two youngest kids to share.

SMH......kids are not picky eaters, parents create picky eaters. But, staying on topic, they do bring kids other options if they wont eat the grilled meats etc. My daughter, who is now 10, used to turn her nose at meals. We did not give in and guess what, when she got hungry enough, she ate and she ate what was prepared !

Wow. How do you even know my situation or MY child?! Maybe he can't take certain textures, has sensory issues, etc. FYI I have a younger son who is not picky at all, so obviously it's not us parents. Please think before posting SMH.

"However, what you probably won’t see in someone who is merely a picky eater is the element of fear or physical illness that comes from trying something new. A child with a true sensory disorder will likely gag or even vomit if forced to try a new food."

I'll never forget the poster who thought plain roast ham was not "kid-friendly."
