I would need a little more info before tryng to tell you what to keep and what to drop. FWIW, we like character meals, so if you need to drop a meal, I would ditch 'Ohana dinner. We used to like this meal a lot, but after our last experience there in August, it is going to be a long time til we go back.

IF you only want one character meal, you need to look at teh characters, and the timing of the meal and choose which one works your schedule better. 'Ohana is a family favorite character breakfast, and we go there often. The food is good and since it is AYCTE you do not need to go chasing your breakfast down.

WE have never been to teh CM breakfast, but when we stayed at the BC I saw the interactions almost every morning. It seemed to be less chaotic than other character meals, and the characters seemed to spend a good deal of time with the guests.

ANother you might consider if it pops up is 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian. We really like this breakfast, with Alice, The Mad HAtter and some of the Pooh friends.

You will be visiting during a very busy time, so when you choose your meal to keep, so it strategically, so you are int eh parks when you want to be, and eating when you want to be. DOn't keep a meal just to keep it.

I would keep Ohana dinner just because we really like it. All the meat you can eat has great appeal for my three men! But that might not be your family, so you'll need to decide that one.

That 8:35 ADR at Cape May means you are going to miss rope drop for that day, so you'll be behind the lines all day. If that's okay with you, I think I would keep that one with the Ohana dinner. You could make a morning of it and see the Christmas decorations around the EP resorts after breakfast.

The 11:00 Ohana is tempting because it would get you out of the park for a break after a productive rope drop morning. But eating two meals at the same place doesn't appeal much to me, especially during Christmas when there is so much to see at all the resorts.

I will also add you need to look at the logistics of getting to Cape May at that time. You may be able to walk to MK and catch a return bus (bringing people in from YC/BC for rope drop). But in general, resort to resort at 8 AM can be tough.

Unless you are planning on going to EP or DHS on the Cape May day, I personally wouldn't hike all the way over to BC for breakfast especially when you can get the same food and more characters at Chef Mickeys in the very hotel you are staying in. Getting to BC from CR that early in the morning will require a cab or hoping you can catch a bus from MK. IMHO, it's not worth the effort.

I love Ohana supper. It is my favorite restaurant at Disney! I would for sure keep this one.

I've done Ohana breakfast & Cape May both.
Plus for Ohana is it is easier to get to. Another plus is the food is brought to your table & you don't have to go get it. Downside is I do t like the characters as much & not much choice on food offerings.
Cape May, I loved it. The characters are my favorites, the food was great & the restaurant wasn't crowded. However, it was a difficult restaurant to get to early in the morning when we were staying at a different resort. If the transportation wasn't an issue I would for sure eat there.

This will b the day we r leaving. Our flight doesn't leave until 4:10 so we would leave by 1. We r not overly thrilled with the characters of lilo and stitch but love Mickey/Minnie characters and other classics

That was my thoughts too. Eating the same places and also seeing Christmas decorations at Epcot resorts. This is the day we r leaving but our flight doesn't leave until 4:10pm so technically we would have til 1 to board ME

In this case, I think I would try for a later Cape May. You can sleep in a bit, get everything packed and ready to go, and you'll definitely have buses going from MK back to the Beach Club for a ride.

Ohana is served family style and sometimes it takes a while for your server to bring you more of something you liked. Cape May is a buffet, so you can just go back and get more of something you really like
