'Ohana or Cape May breakfast?

Just looking for any opinions. We had breakfast at 'Ohana's last July. We thought it was good. This time, we have adr's at Chef Mickey's for breakfast (a tradition for us). I can't get any good times for Askerhus and nothing for CRT brkfst (we've done those before as well). We've also done WCC, 1900 Park Fare.

I was wondering if I should try to get adr's for 'Ohanas again or would it be better to try the Cape May brkfst instead. I realize, coming from WL, that transportation to the Beach Club wouldn't be the easiest. I was just looking for something different - and thought we could time it with a morning at Epcot. But - is it too difficult to get to Epcot from Beach Club? The entry would be through WS, correct? If it's before WS opens, would we even be able to enter this way since we are not staying at the Beach Club?

Thanks very much for any opinions on this. I appreciate it.

First I have to say Cape May is our favortie Char Breakfast. We normally do it on a non-park day around 10. Because when are not staying at YC/BC it does take time to get there. Ohana we enjoy because it is family style, a nice change from buffets with kids.

Have you given any thought to Crystal Palace? It gets very good Breakfast reviews & it is with Pooh & Friends you will have had Mickey & pals at CM's. We are trying this one for our next trip.

From WL to BC for bkfst...ya might as well take a cab...

Unless you only want a character meal...try Kona Cafe...

Have you tried Akershus for lunch or dinner...still characters..

I say Cape May! We love this place, the food is awesome, the selection is huge and they have a ton of great fresh fruit. Since the place is not that busy we had alot of character time....it was a blast! Headed there again this weekend

Yes, try Cape May Cafe - it's wonderful. Unless you're going before the parks open, you can take a bus to MGM and then a boat to Beach Club or you can go to Epcot and walk through IG to BC (about a mile walk). My plan is to make a late ADR (around 10:30) on a morning that Epcot has EMH, so we can get some attractions in, then walk over to BC. And yes, you can get into Epcot through IG before WS opens.

Thank you so much for all your thoughts. We did try Crystal Palace before (for dinner though) and we have had breakfast at Askerhus. I had just read some good reviews here about Cape May and was wondering how it compared to 'Ohanas. Nice to have opinions from people who have tried it.
Thanks again!
