I have a group of 4 going to Ohana in April and none of us eat red meat or Pork. All of us but one eat Chicken, Turkey and Seafood. Will we beable to request that they do not bring us the skewers with the pork and red meat? Has anyone done this? I just don't want it to be a big deal. Will there be enough food for us without the pork/red meat??
Thanks!

When they offer the skewers of meat, you can just say no thanks. Before they bring you the appetizers, you should ask them to not bring the pork dumplings since nobody will eat those. Once the skewers start, you'll be limited to the shrimp and turkey both of which are very good. In fact, I do eat red meat but love the turkey so much, I stick with that as far as the skewers go. And I also really enjoy the chicken wings, salad and dessert. I also like the noodles, they aren't to die for but they are pretty good. I have heard they may be bringing the potatoes back soon and those are to die for! Just have them keep bringing the things you do eat and like, its all you can eat.

For that matter, when your server first comes up, tell him/her of your limitations, he may very well send the chef over to your table to review what all they have and how they can best serve you.

They are serving noodles and they are really very good. I wouldn't worry I'm sure if you tell them they will work with you and bring you what like. Maybe you can request that they bring you extra chicken wings instead of the pork dumplings. Enjoy:)
