Does anyone have this recipe....it is the most delicious salad dressing ever.
I just returned from DW and again the OHana dinner was wonderful, especially the salad...yum.:thumbsup2

We have the recipe right here on The DisBoards-in The Disney Recipe Exchange! The link is in my siggie below-the Lime Dressing from 'Ohana is on page 29. Enjoy! :thumbsup2

Here you go.... I have made this numerous times and it is always a big hit... It is like a hidden Mickey in our dinner :-)

Ingredients

1/2 C honey
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 C cider vinegar
1/4 C lime juice
1/4 C diced onion
1 C canola oil

Method:

Place all ingredients except oil in food processor and blend until
smooth. Slowly add oil until it is well incorporated into the
dressing. Makes 2 Cup.

I loved the dressing too!!! I didn't want anything else to eat! lol I am going to try to make it today and can hardly wait! yum!

Does anybody know what kind of lettuce Ohana uses for that salad?

Pretty sure it Romain but I like it with the spring mix you can buy at the grocery store. I usually add some crasins and some candied almonds or walnuts and it is yummy yummy yummy

Put it in a Ball jar and it will stay good for several weeks...that is what they told me, but we can't ever seem to make it to several weeks, it is always gone WAY before then!

I loved this dressing so much I asked for the recipe. Our waiter that evening brought me the recipe for the salad and for the shrimp which I also loved.

I made the salad dressing and found it quite good on butter lettuce. I also made a salad with chopped apples in it and this dressing worked great with the apples, dried cranberries and pecans in that salad.
