Wondering if people have noticed if it's easier to get a reservation for three verses two?

Two years ago, when I made reservations for our Covid trip that didn't happen, I noticed I couldn't get any tables for two but three was easy.

Wondering if people still notice this? I will try for three if I have to and modify it after the fact for two. But with such a hard get I would like to know other people's experiences?

if 2 does not work I would try 4 over 3 as even numbers seem to do better than odd one for some reason
