'Ohana for b-day dinner

Has anyone celebrated a child's b-day at 'Ohana? We will be celebrating my DS's 6th b-day in Disney and this is where he wants to go for his special dinner. I was shocked he didn't pick Chef Mickey or Crystal Palace!

Does anyone know if they do anything special?

We had dinner there for my 30th birthday. The uekele(sp?) player sang Happy Birthday and our server brought me a cupcake. It was very sweet. I certain they would recognize a child's birthday in some way!

We celebrated my daughters birthday there over Christmas vacation. When we checked in at the podium we mentioned it was her birthday and we would like to sit in the main dining room. They gave us a window seat with Cinderella's castle as our view,how breathtaking and magical was that!!!! At the end of the meal they came over to sing to her and give her a huge cupcake. Before we left, our "cuz" gave each of my four children a cup filled with gummy worms and mini umbrella's sticking out of the top. I mentioned how great the caramel sauce was and he showed up with a cup for me too!!! This was a great meal and a ton of fun!!!!

We celebrated my dh's 40th there and had a wonderful time. I think it's great that you son picked it. You will all have a great dinner I'm sure.
