Ohana dinner

I know Ohana is one of the most difficult ressie's to get. I haven't been able to secure one yet. Booked Kona instead. We've never been to Ohana and would love to go there. We are only visiting Disney for three days so our dates and times are close. I was wondering approximately how long dinner would be at Ohana. We don't want to miss out on being in the MK. Going with our ten yr old gdd. If we get a late ressie (?) we might not have any time left to go to MK if it involves a lot of time. I so want to experience Ohana but want our gdd to be at MK. Thanks for any info.

Both times I've been to Ohana, we had a very long wait even with an ADR...we go to MK first, then sit on the Poly beach and watch fireworks after dinner.
