DD7 is allergic to peanuts and tree nuts. We've eaten at 'Ohana multiple times and she's been fine. On our first visit, they accidentally put the peanut sauce on our table, but they took everything back to the kitchen and got us a new sauce platter sans peanut sauce. The bread does have a cross contamination risk, but it may be strictly tree nut that's the cross contamination issue. On a couple of our visits, they just denied us bread altogether, but on our most recent visit, the chef let us decide if it was in our comfort zone since it didn't actually contain the allergens.
Just make sure the allergy is on all of your ADRs, verify it's on there when you check in for your meal, verify it again when you're being seated since they sometimes put a special flower on your table to show there's an allergy there, and then verify it again when your server comes out.
