I have a recipe from 'Ohana I want to make. It is for 'Ohana breakast bread and it has pineapple and coconut in it. I have been to 'Ohana zillions of times but never at breakfast so I don't know what the bread is like. The recipe is very straightforward except for at the end. After you have spread the coconut/pineapple mixture onto the rolled-out dough, it says to "fold it onto itself and cut it into pieces and arrange them evenly in a 13 x 9 dish."
Can someone tell me what the bread is like? Is it like individual rolls or is it little logs or do the pieces rise together and make one big, bumpy bread? I am not sure what my "pieces" should look like and how big they should be. Any info about what the finished product is like would help me.
