Oh yippee, jetBlue lowered some of their prices!

So I had pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I was going to be paying about $800 for me and DS to go in August but I have been lurking around the airline sites anyways hoping prices would change. Our travel dates aren't that flexible and we didn't fit into Southwest/AirTrans $99 sale days, I really wanted to leave Buffalo early so most flights I wanted were about $280 from Buffalo to MCO, none of them non-stop.

We love jetBlue but were willing to fly just about any airline seeing as jetBlue seemed to be the most expensive. So once again this evening I'm checking out JB site and I notice that there is a non-stop flight the night before down to $110 (I believe this same flight was $239 a few days ago thats why I never considered it)!!! So even with adding room only for one night I am saving $$ on the way down! Basically I got 2 tix for less than the price of one!

This actually works out well, the flight gets in at 10:14pm, by the time we get checked in we'll get right to sleep and have a good full day at the park instead of waking up insanely early to make the flight and not get to the park til after 1pm. Now hopefully within the next week or so the return trip comes down. If not, I still saved when i thought there was no hope!

Just had to share, I have no one to tell my good news to right now except my DIS friends since all my other friends are sleeping

Yay, that's a great deal! I've been pricing late August out of Portland, Maine, and JetBlue is outrageous. AirTran is so much cheaper, but I much prefer to fly JetBlue!

Nice deal! I've been lurking the JetBlue website waiting for them to extend beyond their schedule beyond Feb 13th so I can book RTs for next March. They fly NS from Austin-Orlando, which makes it a lot easier than the alternatives.
