Oh dear, my Magical Express tags are not coming
When I still hadn't received my tags a week ago, I called CRO and double checked that they had all the info right, they did, and they said not to worry I'd receive the tags. Well, I leave in 6 days so called the ME line today, they looked at the info and could see that my tags had been undeliverable , seems that someone had put my address and postal code in okay, but then failed to add Ontario Canada, so they came back
So...it is too late now and I will not be getting them. I have used ME twice before, with tags in Oct and everything went great. But I also used it during May last year, when the program had just begun. I never received my tags for that trip either, and while I received my luggage okay, my friend never did receive hers! I realize that the program was in it's infancy then, but still...
So, do I go and get my luggage myself, or trust them to find my luggage without the tags
Just a little advice to others, if you are calling to check on your tags, call the ME line directly and not CRO. I wish I had. The number is 866-599-0951
