Big time head cold was the diagnosis. Thank Goodness! His ears and chest were clear so the doctor cleared him to fly. Yay!

Enjoy -- it's a great excuse to drop the commando plan and take it easy!

We will never forget my DD's 6th birthday. We normally went to Disney (now Universal) for her birthday... well the night before her 6th birthday she wasn't feeling that great. I didn't think much of it. We left that morning (we only live 3 hours away), by that night she was covered in chicken pox!!!!! This Oct will be 11 years ago that happened.. that had to be the worst birthday she ever had. We had tkts for MNSSHP, she had her Cindy costume..

DS was doing okay as of last night. Between the benadryl and Robitussin he's not as bad as last Friday. They conquered MK yesterday all day and he did fine. =)

When my kids were young, I would send them to the bathroom right before the ""Sign of Peace" at the catholic church starting 2 weeks before we were supposed to fly to WDW. There were always people coughing around us, so much that I hated even going to church, knowing someone would be sick.

That is so funny! Even before Swine Flu, the "Sign of Peace" would freak me out (germaphobe!) I spend most of the time before it obsessing about the people near me sneezing, coughing, and touching various parts of their body before running down the aisle towards me with that same hand outstretched! EWWW! I was SO happy when my 6 year old had to use the bathroom yesterday before the Our Father! That's the only time my dh is eager to volunteer to take her for me. No thanks! LOL!

P.S. OP I'm glad it was just a cold!

Oh, and everyone going to Disney in, oh say, 29 days, I hear they will be checking for ANY sign of illness at the gate, so definitely cancel your trips if anyone in your family has ANY sign of illness!
