Wow, I am out of the loop! I didn't realize they changed the number of days before you could make a reservation. I have been staying away from the boards since I was layed off from work and could only go once this year and I have been really missing the place these boards just make me miss them more. We have a trip for June and I have not made a Priority Seatings or I guess ADRs. Is this Advanced Dining Reservations? Is there actually a difference or is it just a name and number of days change. I am going in June I wonder if I have any chance at all of getting Cindys? Well I am off to make a schedule and see what days to go where.

Good news - a lot of people don't know, so your chances might be good. Bad news - there have been changes to CRT as well, so you might want to check that out at All Ears or here on the DIS. It's more $$ and a few changes such as Cindy being in the lobby instead of in the dining room, but not sure if that's at breakfast or not.

Good luck!!

Terry S - the price of Cindy's has gone up significantly in price. You need to check that out before you decide if it's still that important or not. I think breakfast is now $32 per adult and $21 per child, or something like that. Plus keep in mind that if your child is 10, you have to pay the adult price.

The good news...you can get Cindy's for lunch or dinner (at a high price or 2 TS credits), and get characters at all of them, so you're not limited to breakfast. The ADRs are much easier to get now. AND not everyone knows about the time change, or if they know, haven't made their Disney vacation plans that far in advance, so don't sweat the ADRs...you'll get some. Some of the most popular places and times might still go early, but if you're the least bit flexible, you'll do just fine.

So am I reading this right? If I had made my reservations on the 180 day mark I could have made all my reservations for our whole 2 weeks stay on our arrival date 180 days in advance? No more getting up every morning at 7:00 AM for 2 weeks straight?

Yes, that's right except that you can only do up to 10 days so you will still have to call for your days over 10...

I'm pretty sure that you can make 10 days worth of ADRs at your 180 day mark. Since you are already inside the window, you can probably make all of your ADRS at one time!

Have fun!

Another thing to remember, Terry, is that there are a fairly small number of places that have to be booked the very first day that the reservations open up. With the move to 180 days, that number figures to get even smaller.

My guess is that combined with the higher prices, even breakfast in the castle won't fill up in the first five minutes like it has in the past. The one ultra-hot ticket remaining might be the Chef's Table at Viki & Al's.

Hi,

We are also going in June for 2 weeks and I just made my ADRs this past weekend. I didn't have any problems with the places I chose (Boma, Whispering Canyon, Sci-Fi, Liberty Tree Tavern). I don't know if that is because they are just not that popular or I still have called enough in advance. I didn't to CRT because my daughter and I went in 2002. If you can believe this, we just walked in one morning and were seated right away! Your never can tell!!
