OH NO! No cinderella castle dining for me

Okay, I am going to be in the Magic Kingdom this Friday. Since this is a last minute thing I tried to make a reservation for Cinderella's castle...of course there was none available.
My question is what is my chances of getting a last minute by someone cancelling?
Has anyone had any last minute luck?
I'm so disappointed

I'd try again tomorrow. If people cancel, then you can grab it up. (there's a charge for NOT canceling it so folks are more likely to call and back out of this one.) Also, it wouldn't hurt to stop by and ask quietly at the podium if they have any openings. You may just luck out .

Have you tried to get in at the Grand Floridian for dinner instead? You'd still get Cinderella.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I am going to call again later tonight and tomorrow again and hope for the best.
I will try to ask when there also....and hope for a little of the Disney Magic to happen.

Also, as soon as you get into the Magic Kingdom go over to City Hall and see if you can get a reservation then. Or, if you are staying in a Disney on site hotel, check with the guest services at the hotel.

My sister got a reservation approx 9 years ago the moring of. She called bright and early in the morning and got a reservation, it was a late breakfast like 10ish, but she was soo excited. So just keep trying. Good luck.

When we were in WDW the last time, we planned to go to the Polynesian for the luau show and it was canceled because of the weather. We found out on Tuesday that it was canceled for Wednesday and I was able to get in at CRT for dinner. Just keep trying, you never know!

This is the hardest one to get! I used to get in every time we went (calling exactly the correct number of days ahead of time) but the past two years I was on the phone right at the time they opened and have never gotten in again! I don't get it! Definitely keep trying. I agree with the others! You never know! Someone might get sick or cancel at the last minute!
