OH NO!!!
This cannot happen NOW!
We leave in 2 weeks for WDW!
She slipped on some spilled water and fell on the hardwood floor!
She came up screaming and holding her wrist. I looked at it and it looked a little crooked...until I compared it to her other wrist, then it didn't look so bad. I am a paramedic with 10 years experience so "work me" kicked in. DH and I kept thinking "It can't be broken. She's moving it OK, it's not that swollen, she stopped crying..." Then, I started to recall all the little ones I have dealt with that had broken arms. Most of them weren't crying, moving their broken arms and weren't too swollen.
Although I am SURE it isn't broken, I need a little pixie dust!
We would kick ourselves if we didn't get her checked out and it turned out that it was broken. So, DH is at the ER right now with her. I had to stay home with DD5 since DD3 wanted daddy to take her to the doctor. I am praying that it isn't broken. She was doing fine when she left the house and she is such a little trooper! I think she could handle a broken arm better than mommy and daddy could.
