Oh No! Codes Help Needed

Ok, I entered two codes that I know were unused. The popup message confirming the codes didn't post right away...so I entered the codes again.
I bet you know what happened...

"The code you just typed doesn't match any of our secret codes - please check it and try again."

One was for Pirate Q and the other was for Herbie Prize Pack. Both times there was a long delay, so I re-entered the codes.

Any Suggestions?

never reenter codes if you dont get a popup, as soon as you do, you dont get the item and the code becomes invalid. If you had waited, you may have gotten the item, now your only chance is to contact VMK

I was afraid of that...ok has anyone ever been given a new code to enter from "contact us?" Or should I just cut my losses??

I enter good unused codes and get that message all of the time. Why does it do that?

what you can do is contact VMK and tell them

The code
What you were supposed to get with the code

and of course that it didn't work lol

they can check and see if you got anything from that code or not and if not then they might give it to you

are u sure u are tipeing the codes in correctly if u are sure as vmk for a new code

Just to let you know, the Herbie codes are retired. I tried putting in one of those codes long after the promotion ended and the code didn't work. Sorry.

The codes were new..
Herbie Codes still work (I did one last week.)
and Pirate Q was a pin set I recieved as a gift (all the other codes in the set were fine.)

I will contact "Contact Us" but not holding my breath .. Thx for the advice
