Some of the standard views in the courtyard have views of Epcot, I would request that. We stayed there once but got a room facing the front entrance and the walkway to the bus stop, not very good, people constantly walking by. It was only 1 night so I didn't ask for a change (we were moving over to the villas the next day). We have stayed at Boardwalk Villas the past 4 Decembers and love it!
