I've been checking every day (sometimes MULTIPLE times per day) trying to get the impossible much coveted Chef Mickey breakfast ressie for myself, my DS and my precious soon to be 5 GS. AND I GOT IT!! 9:15 the first full morning we are there - what a GREAT way to start the vacation! I am so excited!! (And finding it impossible to work!!)

What is the Chef Mickey ressie? Chef Mickey is a character meal at the Contemporary Resort (the one the monorail goes through) and Mickey makes an appearance (along with other characters, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, sometimes Chip & Dale and Daisy). It's a lot of fun with napkin waving dances, and really good food. It's unbelievably popular and very hard to get a resrvation - we leave in 66 days and I've been trying to snag this reservation since we were at 180 days! It's definitely worth it and I'm even happier that it's the first full day that we're there and just before we head to Magic Kingdom! What a great way to start the vacation!
