Could Tom Cruise (and his wife, Katie Holmes) really be this vain? An unnamed spy tells the New York Daily News that Suri Cruise, who reportedly has begun walking, has weekly appointments with a hairstylist. What's more, during the sessions, no one is allowed to say a word around the baby, who [allegedly]turns 1 on April 19.

Hey! I already posed the question on this thread if anyone thought they were cutting Suri's hair!! I think it's to make her look younger than she is.

There's enough alleged wack-o stuff on this thread that I totally believe this one.

I heard that Sceintology is sponsoring some sort of detox thing, for 9-11 workers.... and that since the detox costs so much, Tom is holding a 100,000 a person function to pay for those workers.

If their stuff is so great, how come they wont just GIVE it to them??????

I'm watching the View (that's a whole OTHER thread!) because I don't get to see it normally, and this episode is all on Autism. This whole "don't talk around the baby" almost seems like reverse-autism, if that's even possible. How sad for Suri that she (allegedly) appears to live in a bubble enforced by her (alleged) parents!!

They alledgedly need to cut it weekly to give the appearance that she is young and her hair has not had time to grow to long. If they let it get longer and give it a good ole chop it will be too obvious it was cut, so they are probably cutting it weekly so that no one will notice and people will think she is younger.

Like, doesn't Tommy have enough money to cover them? Why does he need to have a fundraiser? Weird. How many people with that kinda money are going to part with it for THAT cause? They would have to be pretty hard up to be near a celebrity to do that. Didn't someone post an article earlier in the thread that said the detox was some ridiculous concoction that would be more harmful than helpful for the workers? It's so sad that they pose like they are helping and all the while they are trying to drag in more members to the cult. NASTY.

How they try to say this is a religion that is worthy of tax exemption is beyond me. What religion gets into detox and stuff? Tom says it's a "way of life" so isn't that enough evidece that it is not a religion. He said you could be Catholic and scientologist to suck Kat(i)e in, but you can't be 2 religions, or have to totally different set of moral and religious beliefs....so that would make it a "way of life" and not a religion.... Why doesn't the government go after the tax exempt status and take it back? I would think their own comments would be enough to prove they don't deserve it.

See, if she doesn't talk then no one will know how old she really is. When she allegedly hits the age when toddlers will start stringing words together then the amazing most beautiful baby will begin to speak. And I;m sure she will say amazing things! (allegedly)

Apparently, The Tom Cruise place that my cousin's BF is working on is not in Providence, RI.
(allegedly) It is just 4 towns away from me in southeasten, MA.
It is coastal property so they can go to Martha's Vinyard. I gues we won't be seeing them on the ferry lol.

My cousin's boy friend does plastering for contractors working on a house for Tom Cruise in Dartmouth, MA. He says the security in place is HUGE!
