London, Jan 18: Alls well between Tom Cruise’s family and the Beckhams as long as filthy lucre does not figure in between.

Cruise is reportedly trying to recruit the Beckhams to the Scientology cult but Victoria has told him: “Hands off our cash”.

The Hollywood superstar is obsessed with the religion and believes David would benefit from joining.

But Victoria, 32, has ruled it out — partly because members have to make large, regular cash donations. Last week David admitted he spent “hours” on the phone to Tom, 44, before quitting Real Madrid for LA Galaxy.

And Victoria is spending lots of time with Tom and wife Katie Holmes, 28. Earlier this week the trio were spotted at posh Hollywood restaurant The Ivy.

“Tom spoke to David for hours about Scientology. He feels it could help to lift him out of the blues over his football career.

But Victoria is having none of it. She can’t see the point of joining something like that where you have to donate money,” a source close to the Beckhams was quoted by the Sun, as saying.

Meanwhile Posh has been looking at LA’s most exclusive private school — the £10,000 ($19,713) - a-year Curtis School in Bel Air — for their three sons. (ANI)

And, I dont mean to be rude but - seriously....he joined the LA Galaxy?!? Ive never ever HEARD of the LA Galaxy. Isnt he a really good soccer player?

Okay, so DD20 mo. was just standing here as I was reading this thread. She saw the pic above with Tom, Kat(i)e, & Suri. She started saying "MamaDada, MamaDada, MamaDada" over and over and pointing at the pic. She is at that age where all men & women with babies are "MamaDada".

I said, "no baby, that's not Mommy & Daddy, they're crazy." then I went on (as if she knew what I was saying) to say, "well, I know Mommy & Daddy are crazy too but really, they're certifiably crazy, they're nuts..They're bad crazy where Mommy and Daddy are good crazy."

She just walked off saying "MamaDada".

David Beckham Injures Knee in Match

It was a scary night for David Beckham and for U.S. fans awaiting his move to Los Angeles: The soccer star suffered a knee injury Sunday night during his match in Madrid.

Beckham put in a spirited performance for Spanish team Real Madrid but strained his right leg after reaching for the ball and crashing into advertising signs near the opposition goal. The injury occurred during the second half of his team's 1-1 draw against Getafe.

"It looks serious but I do not want to say how bad until the doctors do the scan," Real Madrid coach Fabio Capello said after the match.

After the injury, Beckham, 31, tried to play on but limped off in the 63rd-minute. He was later diagnosed as damaging the lateral internal ligament of his right leg and is undergoing further tests Monday.

The injury could impact plans for the soccer star, his wife Victoria and their three children to move to America later this year.

"The day started so well with a birthday party for his son," a family friend tells PEOPLE. "But it ended with medical scans." (Beckham's eldest son, Brooklyn, turned 8 years old on Sunday.)

"Both David and Victoria are really anxious at the moment, waiting to hear what the results will be," adds the friend. "It's not a good day for the family."

In January, Beckham inked a five-year deal with L.A. Galaxy that is worth up to $250 million with endorsements. Last week it was announced that Victoria Beckham, 32, would star in a six-part reality show on NBC about her move to America.

Before the match on Sunday, the couple had taken sons Brooklyn, Romeo, 4, and Cruz, 2 to a Madrid burger restaurant. "The kids had a ball. It was Brooklyn's eighth birthday party," says the friend. "And all his school friends were there too."

Beckham's hopes of rejoining the English national team this year were also dashed after the injury on Sunday night. Beckham had played well, even firing one shot into the opposition's goal crossbar.

"It's difficult to know what is going to happen now," says the Beckham friend. "Everyone is praying this is not major."

Beckham's rep could not be reached for comment.

As for the Preston/Travolta and the Tom-Kat girls ... uh, they allegedly have to be the spawn of Xenu! It is allegedly creepy, the similarities!!!! Maybe they're allegedly clones?!!?!? Check it out -- both girls, both have big mops of black hair, both have the same eyes, both have celebs for parents, could pass for twins in baby photos ... allegedly, that is! That is amazing (allegedly)!

Excellent detective work there. Let's do some more research on that clone thing!

The thing about Travolta's daughter is that she looks just like him. I really don't doubt the parentage on his half of the gene pool. It's not impossible for John to have been a "donor" to his good buddy Tom . We'll have to see as time goes by. Of course this makes the whole early delivery thing pointless. I'm confusing myself.

i bet Suri is the clone. since Tom couldn't get anyone pregnant to save his life, John chimed in and said "hey, i've got some baby DNA lying around, you take it!"

I am only on page 16 of this thread and totally hooked. Just wanted to comment that she does not look normal in this picture. I have been around many preggos and none of us looked like that. Also, after seeing some of the photos that you all have posted I too agree that Suri must have been born way before they say she was. Katie's arms look much heavier in the Dec 05 then they do in the April 06 pics. JMO and needed to get it out, thanks for listening!!

i said that the first time i saw that picture "she's so not pregnant, that's fake" it looks fake.

When I first thought those babies allegedly looked a lot alike I figured you all would think I was allegedly crazy !

Could it allegedly be possible for them to allegedly share some DNA? I really feel "she" was preg but with whose alleged DNA? Makes me wonder????? Could "they" have met before WE/public knew about it and there was some weird deal spawned between them to "create" a baby? I highly "allegedly" doubt TC is the bio-Dad to this baby. I even thought that possibly/allegedly could the baby be his bro's? The baby allegedly looks more, to me, like the brother than T? Have any of you ever seen his Bro? He was in a sitcom for a short while with a few other "star" siblings but the show got cancelled before it really took off. Sylvester Stallones brother was in it too. Yes, the LA Galaxy is part of Major League Soccer here in America. I think out in Chicago where you are, the team is the Chicago Fire. In an effort to boost MLS and soccer's popularity in the US, LA is paying Beckham a ton of money to play out his injury-laden career here. He is a superstar soccer player, but when he left his English team to play for Spain, I think the soccer world knocked him down a peg.
My DH is a soccer fan, otherwise I would know none of this!

I never heard of the LA Galaxy until all this came up either. We have a soccer team, but they're not even part of this league. This league has like 10 teams total. How can this one team possibly afford this much money for one player? How much are the biggest baseball/football players paid?
