I remember that. However his symptoms don't seem like autism to me. I don't know much about it--but I don't commonly hear about autistic children being rushed to hospitals with high fevers and body rashes. :confused3

After the # of people who post here on their children's issues and special needs...I'm not going to knock her for what her child was diagnosed with and what the cause was. Seemed very legitimate to me. :confused3

A couple of months ago (I hope this isn't posted yet!), John Travolta's brother released a movie ABOUT autism. John Travolta wouldn't even comment on it. I guess his family really wants their son to get help, but they won't allow it. I think I remember reading he IS allergic to chemicals but he's ALSO autistic. They are doing what they can about the chemicals, but they are denying his autism and refuse to get a diagnosis because of the whole Scientology thing.

I also have read RECENTLY that there have been some new 'gay' rumors about John Travolta. I also read that Scientology promises (to their gay recruits) that if you convert and practice Scientology, you will lose your desire for those of the same sex. Anyways, I remember reading some rumor about the higher-ups at Scientology fixing up Kelly Preston and John Travolta-- that it was kind of an arranged marriage. I don't know if this is true, obviously. . . I only read it. Kelly was already involved in Scientology and they thought she'd be good for him. Since then, though, there are frequent rumors surfacing about John Travolta, even recent ones. So, it doesn't look like this Scientology thing really works! lol.

Well, we could then move on to the obvious lifts Tommy boy wears in his shoes. Where he bought them, how much they cost and what shoes they work best in. All the shoe lifts I have ever heard of only raise your height by an inch or so. Tommy's must be custom made. :confused3 :confused3

Absolutely. . . especially because a lot of Disboard members have small children who aren't yet that required 44 inches! I know my daughter is only 40 inches and we're going to WDW in September . . .

The more I read about scientology the more disturbing it is!
I can't imagine Katie wanting to raise her make belief child in that! Oh but wait she'll have her "best friend" Jessica Rodriguez, to do that for her
They are all a bunch of quack pots!

Sorry, wasn't clear?. . .

There are always threads on here that parents start regarding their kids' heights and how to get the kids to be a couple of inches taller so that they meet the minimum height requirements for different rides. It was a joke (that, unfortunately, fell flat!) The parents who want ideas to make their kids taller (lifts, platform shoes, high ponytails, etc.) usually get flamed a little, but there is a whole untapped market for shoe lifts like Tom Cruise has. :)
