I'm just here to watch Tom make a bigger a$$ out of himself than he already has. Great entertainment he is.

It is entertaining in a train wreck kind of way, but it's also sad that if Katie has been brainwashed and if there is a baby, Scientology is ruining lives. Scary.

Honestly, I never saw the "it" about TC even when I was younger. I always though he was self-absorbed and phony. His laugh during interviews etc is so fake. He just seems .....shallow isn't the right word....but like he's not "real".

Well, they could get one of those groups that "deprogram" people in cults. Usually, it requires the cult member to be kidnapped. Plus, they'd have to get Katie and Suri and I'm sure that could be part of the reason why Katie and Suri are never seen together. Remember, Katie lives in a v. secure home w/handlers around her all the time. While I'm sure it's possible to get her and the baby, I think it'd cost her family a lot of $$ since she and Cruise are so famous.

You're right...it would be very difficult. And very good point about them never being seen together. It must be heartbreaking for her parents to have no access to their daughter and grandchild.

I watched the South Park episode last night even though I never watch the show, and I have to say it was hilarious!

I also wanted to point out that it was one of the best and simplest explanations of Scientology that I have ever seen. I TIVO'd it and plan to show it to some other people as well. So "Bravo!" Comedy Central!

You know, I watched the show last night and thought parts were funny, but I think all this reading I have been doing kind of killed it for me. All I could think about was that it's true, it was creeping me out people.

And unrelated..... I am watching Oprah right now - she is interviewing Ulma Thurman (HMMMM..worked with Travolta before - maybe we should be concerned) and am I crazy? or does Oprah have an upside down cross around her neck? It is like rihgt on the line...the horizontal bar is just below the mid-line....just enough that you could not call it a Christian Cross.
