You NEVER see ANY Famous Mother WITHOUT her baby along, even if there is a Nanny along, I am hoping nothing "happened" to said Baby, perhaps deformed in some way, or still born, and they are hiding that fact!

I too REALLY can't understand why they've supposedly been seen by Telluride residents with the baby, BUT a photographer can't get a picture of even her pushing a stroller or a blanket wrapped "something"? Makes NO sense.

Still born or deformed or anything else. Its not worth lying about it. What's wrong with the truth if any of that is true.

I dislike Tom Cruise because of inane uneducated ramblings about psychology and psychoactive meds. I think he did a major disservice to many people who unknowingly deify celebrities; I'm sure someone somewhere went off their meds because of him and had a hard time.
BUT, I really think its their right to not disclose pics of the baby; I hope that the baby is healthy and that Katie's dad gets her the hell away from that wacko.

There is the current "funny looking" quote, couple that with the rumor in Katie's hometown that the baby was born with Downs and I wouldn't put it past the papprazzi to be "helping" hide the baby. I know that sounds weird but there has been a long standing 'rule' that they don't out people so maybe that is happening here.

It is pretty common knowledge that a lot of the celebrities cooperate with the gossip weeklies like People and US Weekly. Maybe the editors just aren't printing the photos until Tom and Katie's 'people' decide to handle the story. I wouldn't put it past them. Tom still has a lot of power in Hollywood and he could be threatening publications. Also, I know Scientology frowns on anything or anyone that isn't 'perfect.' So if there is something wrong maybe they are tiptoeing around.

The birth certificate is correct in its look, I just pulled out my daughters who is also born in Los Angeles County. As far as my information it just lists HI as my state of birth, not the city. The delivering doctor signed as the Attendant or Certifier and lists a license number. I signed the BC the day after her birth, the doc signed it 7 days later and it was accepted into the registrar 22 days after her birth.

In order for me to obtain a copy I needed a photo ID matching the name on the birth cerificate. I am wondering how a copy of Suri's BC ended up in the hands of a tabloid.

I just looked up what is required to get a copy:

*The registrant or a parent or legal guardian of the registrant.
*A child, grandparent, grandchild, sibling, spouse or domestic partner of the registrant.
*A member of a law enforcement agency or a representative of another governmental agency, as provided by law, who is conducting official business.
*A party entitled to receive the record as a result of a court order, or an attorney or a licensed adoption agency seeking the birth record in order to comply with the requirements of Section 3140 or 7603 of the Family Code.
*An attorney representing the registrant or the registrant's estate, or any person or agency empowered by statute or appointed by a court to act on behalf of the registrant or the registrant estate.
*Any funeral director that orders certified copies of a death certificate on behalf of any individual specified in paragraphs (1) to (5), inclusive, of subdivision (a) of Section 7100 of the Health and Safety Code.

No, I have to disagree. The money that ONE picture of even a foot sticking out of a stroller, would be an astronomical amount of money at this point. I don't think any member of the paparazzi would go along with 'hiding" the baby. Not for the money that one picture would get them. The money they get from these pictures is their livelihood. It would be like asking you to give up a paycheck. Not likely to happen. IMO

*ETA: I just noticed the part in your post where you mention the editors of magazines that may not print the pictures. It is not the editors that get the pictures, and if a picture exsisted, we would see it, somehow, somewhere.

It just amazes me that everyone assumes Chris Klein would want the baby if it's his. Maybe he doesn't. Just because he comes from a good background and traditional family values doesn't mean he embraces them. There are a lot of deadbeat dads who also came from good, loving homes who don't pay child support or don't accept their kids. It wasn't obvious until it happened.

Klein & Katie were together for about 5 years & engaged. Maybe the breakup was too painful for him. He could be in denial that the baby (if there is one) is his with Katie. (She'd still be Katie to him. ) Maybe he just isn't father material. Maybe he didn't want to settle down that much after all.

There are REASONS why the two broke up, maybe those are part of them. Maybe he's actually relieved to not have the burden raising a child at this time, and Cruise stepping in (for whatever reason) would be a godsend to him. Just playing devil's advocate.

Definately not true. Mimi remarried and had two kids right away. I remember seeing pictures of her pregnant in a magazine many moons ago.
