Hello all! Hope your weekend was good!

We did my brothers hair! It was...interesting! He went from black to like orange red/blonde (not pictured), then it was mostly blonde but we had to take out a little of the orange still. By then it was fried! We put in the lime green dye (Electric Lizard by Manic Panic) and it looked so cool...until he washed it out and his hair was mostly blonde with lime green roots. The next day he was highlighter yellow! He didn't look bad but he HATED it. It also wasn't what we were going for. The night before I told him I'd go get darker green dye but no one had the one we were looking for! I ended up getting more blue for myself which we in-turn used on his yellow to get a teal with greener roots. It looks much better. Here's a collage of the process.

Packing starts next week! I still need to get
-Gum (a normal flavor in case the Dr. Pepper one is gross)
-Ponchos (nearly forgot this one)
-Moroccan Argan Oil (helps keep my hair less puffy in the humidity/Aaryn's hair is fried and needs moisture)
-Shoe laces for our costumes.

Oh and our 6th wedding anniversary was Sunday! We went to dinner and then went to see Guardians of the Galaxy! Not too exciting I know but we rarely ever go to the movies together (I usually go a lot with my friend Kim). I can't actually remember the last movie we saw together in theaters! Maybe Catching Fire? I got him this print as a gift. (We eat A LOT of popcorn!) It'll go perfectly in our movie room.

That's all I have for now! There's not much more to do than wait! Hopefully I won't have a lot more updates until we leave!​

Oh my! That was quite the process that you had with your brother's hair. I tried to go blonde once and it took two nights of about 2.5 hours each, and then in the end it was just orange. Not worth it to me! I will stick with my browns and reds! Hahahaha

I considered doing a PTR for my trip, but I just kept procrastinating. Now I'm here with 25 days left and not much left in the planning process to share! Will definitely do one and start early for my 2015 trip, though!

I did it! I got everything on my list which surprised me a bit. I didn't think I was going to get the laces but of course, Target came through for me. I had to go to a few different stores to find the ponchos though. When I found them, of course I had to get blue and green. Now all that's left to do is pack everything up!

(also bought those cute socks because why not? Sorry it's blurry, for some reason piclab kept blurring it)

I also picked out my polish colours. This isn't a very good picture, sorry! It's "Rock" by Revlon and it's more of a grey purple. I have maybe 90 bottles of nail polish and very little purple. I picked it mainly because I'm not sure I've ever used it? I think I may have received it in a swap. I also picked "Cheatin" by Pure Ice for some fun. It's a blue/purple glitter. I'll probably just do an accent nail with it!


WE'RE AT 11 DAYS OUT! Our Memory Maker card arrived a few days ago but it's linked to our account so we're all set on that! I just learned that you don't even have to scan your MB at a ride photo exit anymore, they just show up! And there's video on TOT! Way cool!

Oh wow I can't picture you blonde! We really should have spread out the bleaching more but he didn't want to wait! I bet you look fantastic in auburn!

Thank you! We live a mile from a regular Target and then about 2 miles from a Super Target (we're in the middle of the two!) so Target is extra trouble haha! I always end up buying their cheap socks!

Oh you should totally get ponchos! I think these were $0.97? They had other colours as well as clear. I usually fold it up the best I can and stick them in a plastic bag in my purse. Then later we try and retold them. We've never needed them more than one day though so sometimes we toss them if it's close to the end of the trip. If I had Target's that close I would be in major trouble. My closest one is 30 minutes but then I can travel to 3 others within another 30 minutes lol. I went to one yesterday but didn't find the ponchos I will check at a different one on Thursday when me and DD get our haircut.

I think Astro Orbiter is closed for refurbishment. The other ones sound great. I know that a lot of people hate Stitch Great Escape but I think it is alright. Getting so excited about how close the trips are getting.

Fun stuff!! I LOVE the Philharmagic; always a must for me. There is a bird show at Animal Kingdom (can't recall the name right now) we saw it in 2012 for the first time and it was so good.

Since we haven't been in years we haven't done ANY of the Fantasyland expansion, so that's our top priority next trip!

YES philharmagic!!! it sounds so silly but that is one of my favorite attractions in MK! I love singing along and it's got so many of my favorite songs...definitely one of my must-dos. Now the astro orbiter....I'm legitimately terrified for my life on that one so that's not as much a must-do for me hahah
