Hey all,

Me, DW, and DS are going to be in Orlando 10/25-10/29.

1st night at Doubletree Castle (no availablitly at the DVC resorts, and I had some Hilton points to use) and then Friday day we're going to Sea World, then off to SSR for 3 nights

Right now, we're going to F&W Sat afternoon, evening, and MNSSHP on Sunday 10/28 evening.
Let me know a time and place and hopefully we can meet some fellow disboarders.

We'll be down there the same time, along with 6 of my family and friends, but we will be over at SSR since AKV were all booked up.

We'll be traveling with a large group as well, ranging in ages from 7 to 76. Have a great trip!

I'll give it a shot.........Do folks want to meet for drinks....at a park....at a resort? We go to WDW about 3-4 times per year but have never managed to meet up with a group from the DIS.....let me know what you may want to do and we'll see what we can come up with.....

In case I can't get back to the thread during the week, I'm open for anything as long as it doesn't conflict with stuff I have reservations for. That mostly consists of dinners, PFTS, and such.
Perhaps afternoon may work best for us, but we'll be flexible.

I'd say you pick the place and time and we'll try to make it. I think most are open to either a park or resort, but maybe a resort close to a park (Beach Club, Contemporary) would give some additional flexibility. Good Luck!

We check into AKV on Sunday 11/4, checking out Friday 11/9 (moving to CSR until 11/12).

We are shy though. Set a date/time and I will see what DH & DD think about it...

PTFS = Party for the Senses. I have been trying to put together something based on who has posted plans. Problem with MNSSHP is that others would not be able to meet unless attending the party. I was thinking Sunday afternoon at either Epcot or Boardwalk area. What do you folks think?

I don't arrive until Monday the 29th. MNSSHP on the 30th.
I would be available afternoons except Wednesday as I am doing lunch with an Imagineer that day.

Sunday afternoon at the Boardwalk would work. Also the Contemporary would work for both those going to MNSSHP or not. I'm flexible.

Minniemeg, Don't back out yet. I don't think we have anything officially set... Plus with the extended stays some of you have, I would guess more than one meet could be organized.

I'm only there for a few days, so the Sunday PM plan would be best for me, but am still open to other suggestions.

Oh, just let me know and I will do my best to be there. Will have extended family with me from the 26th through the 30th. Can always leave them for a while. Will have to find something that distinguishes us from the "crowd".

Hello all, Here's what I have so far based on those that posted their info:
Sunday 10/28 @ 1pm at either BW Belle Vue Room or BC solarium. For those that would like to bring a box lunch both the BW Bakery and the BC Marketplace have great sandwiches, salads and snacks. Both are on the DDP (Disney Dining Plan).

Tuesday 10/30 @ MNSSHP - meet @ the Aloha Isle for a dole whip at 4:30 since the MNSSHP gets you park admission after 4pm. Or we can pick another place to watch Hallowishes around 9:00pm.

Thursday 11/1 perhaps another afternoon meet at either BW or BC. If there is enough interest perhaps we could meet up at one of the freebie seminars at Epcot for the F&W festival.

I tried to mix it up a bit based on those folks that are in the world that week and also based on where folks are staying and or easy to get to.

Please let me know how it sounds...we can certainly tweek things if need be.

I also thought about a late night haunted hayride at FW on Monday 10/29 but that would be based on availability if and when we booked!
