Offsite with Shuttle Service

Where can I find a list of off-site hotels that offer transportation to all of the Disney parks?

Are these hotels cheaper? I'm not too concerned about amenities...we just need a place to crash after time in the parks. I would love to stay in the "bubble" but I also want to go back before my kids are grown.

Thanks!

Not many have good reliable shuttles. Is like to hear some suggestions too

I just had this issue...trying to find a cheaper hotel with really good shuttle service. The beat I found was Buena vista palace. Their shuttles run every half hour until and hour after parks close! All the others I found had designated times (and since we are late to everything, that was a huge deal breaker). BVP is a five minute walk from Downtown Disney and is in a great location.

What I have found when researching this is that most of the off-site hotels offer very limited shuttle service to WDW. Usually a couple of runs to WDW in the morning, after the parks are open, so no rope drop, and a couple of runs in the evening back to the hotel, often before the parks have all closed, so no staying to close.

A lot of them don't go to each park. Some have shuttles only to the MK and Epcot, for instance. Some only go to one park. In these instances you have to then take WDW transportation if you want to go somewhere else.

I am not aware of any hotels near WDW that have free airport shuttles, so you also have to pay for your transfers to and from MCO and your hotel.

I am not one of those "OMG you MUST stay on site or you'll have a miserable time" kind of people. I believe in staying off site to save money or get a better hotel for the same money as staying on site. But for all these reasons above, I would advise against staying off-site without a car.

Depending on when you are going, you may be able to get a great rate on one of the on-site value resorts. Then you can use DME to and from MCO, and you will have the much more flexible WDW transportation available.

Im staying at Clarion Inn at LBV, they have shuttles but the hotels right on the public bus route for WDW so i know we can always get back if we miss the last shuttle.

Thanks for the replies. We did rope drop when my in-laws took us. I really feel like its a must in order to do enough rides.

Guess I'll be looking for deals on-site!

sorry

Hilton in DD

yes it is the only one that does. (now the Swan and Dolphin do too - but they are onsite)\

iT HAS FEES

Thank you so much for this! I was able to find the link on the Swan/Dolphin site where you could reserve the Mears transportation (the prices weren't as bad as I was expecting)...but I am having trouble seeing where this is available with the Hilton. You wouldn't happen to have a link or be able to point me in the right direction? One of the main reasons we would book onsite would be to take advantage of the DME (we *really* do not want to rent a minivan)....with this new-to-me information, it is opening up a couple of more possibilities! Thanks again!!

Also, has anyone used the park shuttles from the Swan/Dolphin/Hilton?? We stayed at POP in Jan and were pleased with the transportation to the parks....
