Offsite Transportation Question - Ohana Breakfast & Epcot Day

I'm looking for some help regarding parking suggestions and transportation to an early morning ADR. We're planning on going to an 8am Ohana breakfast, then spending the rest of the day at Epcot. We're staying offsite and will be driving ourselves, but where would you recommend parking? Thanks in advance for any advice!

1.Park at the Poly for breakfast and then at Epcot for the day.
2.Park at TTC, walk to Poly, monorail to Epcot

You might as well park at the Poly for breakfast and then move the car to Epcot so you'll have it handy when you are ready to leave.

I would park at Poly for breakfast and then at EP. EP's parking lot is easy and it's nice to just walk to your car rather than climbing up to the monorail after a long day.
