I am not sure about the huggies wash clothes so it may be a good idea for you to go ahead and get them and of course the toothpaste he uses. What do you use for his shampoo?

Men are such big babies

I get sick, I take some OTC medicine and go on wih my day.

A guy gets sick and turns into a whining little kid...ow, it hurts, I am cold, I am hungry, blah, blah....

Your DH is one of the biggest babies when he's sick, at least mine just wants to be left alone and that suits me fine, lol. I offer once or twice to get him stuff and he says no just leave me be and so I do,

Since I've been absent, away camping, lol, I guess now it only leaves me to post a pictures, well not only me, some of the others haven't found their way to the new temp official thread yet so they will be last to post! Here I am though, me and DGS snuggling on the couch during the holidays!!!

I love packing!!!!

Make it seem more real.

I bring down our suitcases about 5 days before we go, and pack like one each day and last two days ,I do last minute items and toys for ds and such.

Good plan with the layering....


So, are you going to have dd wear cerain outfits to certain parts?

For example, I put green on when we went to AK, toy story shirt was for MGM< etc.

I must be strange like you too because I select specific outfits for certain days too

DD will wear Nemo for Epcot, Mickey/Minnie and Princess attire for MK, Little Einsteins for MGM and I got her a cute shirt at AK last trip that has Pooh looking at at a real tiger through a magnifying glass and he says "Tigger, is tht you?" SO CUTE!!!!

Yes you are strange, lol, just teasing! I start making piles on our spare bed, I match up outfits, they may not end up matched that way when I wear them but at least I know I have the right amount of bottoms for the right amount of tops. I sometimes take two tops as you never know if you spill something and will need to change. I also try to take clothes for layering like Betsy in case it is cold. You just never know when you travel what the weather will be like.

A day or two before we are to leave I start putting the clothes in my luggage and lay it out so that I can get everything, extra shoes, etc. What I have learned after having had my luggage lost, is now to put half my clothes and half DH's clothes in one piece of luggage and then the other half of my clothes and the other half of DH's clothes in the other suitcase, that way at least we both have some clothes and toiletries until the lost luggage arrives.

Sounds like you have it all figured out Betys!!! I am sure she will be fine with more than enough to wear and the layering and peeling down as it gets warmer is the perfect idea!!!

Thanks Betsy! I too tend to overpack, lol, ask Sharky, hahaha, I am bad like that. I try not to but can't help myself. Glad you too separate clothes so everyone has a few things in each piece of luggage. I learned the hard way unfortunately!!!

I love that pic of me and DGS and Mom Mom is as happy as a clam too to have her little guy right there snuggled up against her. I just can feel him right here at my side still. I love that little guy so much!
