Officially Official Thread part 2

Our meals were EXCELLENT :cool1:

I would say my most favorite this trip was Liberty Tree Tavern. We had dinner there and the only downfall was that DD fell asleep on the boat ride over to the MK and was still asleep when dinner started. We woke her up and she just wasn't herself. The thanksgiving meal was terrific as always. The mac n cheese seemed a little different to me and I didn't like that but everything else was right on :thumbsup2

Did I mention that DD has decided she would not smile for any pics at WDW this time :headache: Just wait, I will post some pics and you will see ;)

We had lunch at Le Cellier and I did not like it at all. I think since we had dinner there in October that I was expecting that. Well, the menu was very different and I just did not enjoy it. We will go back for dinner but never for lunch again. I had an open faced sandwich and did not like it at all. The meat was dry and tough and just not what I was expecting. We ordered dessert and waited over 25 minutes and still did not have it. We decided we didn't want it since it was taking so long so they gave us a free fast pass to any ride of our choice :)

'Ohana was wonderful as always. The banana bread pudding was to die for :faint: I'm not a big meat fan but I gorge myself every time I go there. There is something about being at the Poly and going to 'Ohana that really means Disney to me! I just love it there

Whispering Canyon was good as well. It's nice to eat there since we're staying at the VWL. We had the skillet which has pulled pork, chicken, ribs, corn on the cob, potatoes and a few other things I think I'm forgetting. All was really good!

I need to think about what else we had and then let ya know. We didn't do as many this time because DD was acting up when we would try to go to eat

Hey Betsy, thanks for listing some of your meals. I think we'll probably go to Liberty Tree tavern one night for dinner. I am not so sure about Le Cellier or O'Hana's. We are still in negotiations :lmao: for our meals, :rotfl:

I am going to go see a friend i had since 1st grade tomorrow.

We were super close when we were growing up, but then you get older and go separate ways.

Well, I was in her wedding and she was in mine.

Now she had her first child this past December, so going to go and meet him for the first time.

he is a little over 2 months.

I Bought him a new outfit as I did not want to go empty handed.

So, I thought I share a pic of his outfit:

That outfit is cute honey. I hope you take lots of photos for me of her and you, of DGS and her baby and of all of you. I havent seen her for a few years now and would love to see some recent pics!!! Hope you had fun!

Great pics Betsy, I see what you mean about she decided not to smile though. But she's so precious that she's adorable even when she isn't smiling! I love the Mickey Picture and her kissing Daisy is just to cute! :cutie:

That's really something to have a friend since the 1st grade.

That is the sweetest little outfit...love the Pooh :goodvibes

What did she name the baby?

You think having a friend since first grade is something. Her BFF is her first friend ever, they met on the first day of nursery school at 3 yrs old and have been just as close all their lives. They drifted slightly when they were both in different high schools with different friends but never lost touch and once they got out of school they drifted right back, now that her BFF also has a child they have really gotten as close as they ever were. It's so nice as she and her 1st grade friends feel sort of like my daughters too. They spent so much time at our house through the years.

Thanks...I have a couple of long time friends, she is one of them and my Best friend I have had since age 4:goodvibes

Thanks..I thought you would like it:lovestruc

I left his name out on purpose to see if you would ask..You have done me proud:rotfl2:

Luke Anthony

You were three when you met your BFF, not four. so you'vve been friends now for 28 years!!!! Can you imagine?

I like the baby's name, tell everyone what her DH wanted to name him! :scared1:

Yeah, that mac n cheese is...blah!

Oh...that acting up while we eat is driving me nuts! We went to Kings for dinner tonight and she would not sit still...I threatened her about 20 times that she would not get ice cream...of course she did or we would not have had any either :rotfl2:

DH is not a fan of WCC either! He didn't think the food was that good. He had the meatloaf and said there were too many spices in it.

As for the smiling, it was most pics. I did catch her a couple of times. Believe it or not I actually just started writing a small trip report. I get very nervous to do this! We'll see once I get the first segment done if I have the guts to actually post in on the trippie's or if I just post it here :confused3

Aha!!!! Of course I would ask :rotfl2:

I love the name Luke. That was one of my top 3 for a boy when I was pregnant :lovestruc

Thanks :goodvibes

Yeah, I love that shirt. It says THE BIG CHEESE! I was so happy when I found the skirt that matched it :cool1:

Betsy you can post your trip report, just write it like you are writing to us and telling us about the trip. Don't be nevous, we just want to hear all about it and see all your pictures!
