Welcome to the DIS official Writer's Thread! Here we'll share writing, get out of writer's block, and talk about writing itself! Yay!

Ok, I've had this idea for a while. Who thinks there should be a board specifically for writers here? I've noticed we have photography. I think we should have a Writer's Board if enough people would participate.

What say you guys?

I agree totally. I am a writer now too! I've taken classes now. I love it. I've written tons of stuff! Maybe we can ask to make a writing board. I'd say to pm a webmaster. Webmasterkathy I know is really nice.

Yay! Another writer! I think the key is getting people interested. You can't have a whole Board for like three people lol.

i think that would be great we have to write lots of stories for english right now i am working on a personal essay but i have to turn in my final copy monday and we are editing RD in class this week so yeah it would be cool to post stories!

True, true. Maybe we can just make a thread, for now! Until we get a bunch of people interested. =] I just came home from a reading of stuff I wrote downtown. With my Creative Writing class. It was fun. I wrote "The young-ER man and the Sea"

I would DEFINETLY SUPPORT THE MAKING OF A BOARD LIKE THAT!
My specialty is short stories (that usually span 10 written pages,lol).
A new board for the new year......
