Well considering the chef, it really wouldn't surprise me if these burgers are from several cuts of prime meat i.e. cuts of steak...thus making it a higher end burger vs your greasy burger from somewhere else. (Not that I don't love a good old fashioned greasy burger mind you.) Go to just about any good butcher and look for "Prime" beef and you pay a decent penny for it.

Ok, so it is just the burger you have an issue with? Well, I am guessing they had to have it on the menu for the folks who are not foodies. And they can't very well charge $40 bucks for one dish and then have the burger be $15. Especially since the room service burger at the GCH is $15! So, they had to gussy up a burger and charge $22, which is probably one of the cheaper things on the entire menu. I will probably never order the burger, but I bet you it sells well.

LOL yeah, I was just talking about the burgers! I have nothing against having a high class restaurant there and I think the food will be worth it! But my post was just based on the response someone replied to me about the burgers being over $20 which is just ridiculous to me. But you're right, if you have $40 meals but burgers for $13, then it would look off balance and I dont expect a high class restaurants to cheap burgers either, but that price point is just a bit crazy to me.

But yes, I dont have to order it and yes I know many people will happily do it, especially if its still the cheapest thing on that menu lol.

I'm just waiting to see the full menu in general. I hope we will get it soon!
