So how does the transport work to the Expo? Are there buses leaving from all the resorts? What about the parks?
I actually wanted to go to AK first and then expo. Could I take a bus from AK? Thanks!

Buses to the expo only go from/to resorts. So, from AK you'd need to bus to a resort, then bus from there to the expo.

You can't take a bus from AK. You have to take a bus from one of the resorts (All WDW resorts + Swan/Dolphin)

We got all the ADRs we wanted! Staying at the Poly 10/29 - 11/5

10/29: Ohana Dinner
10/30: Cape May breakfast & Homecomin' dinner
10/31: Garden Grill lunch (MNSSHP that night)
11/1: Chefs de France
11/2: Spending the day at Universal so we didn't make any ADRs
11/3: Cali Grill dinner

Nov 3rd - waiting to see if Tiffens ROL package opens

Got all our desired ADRs except a couple of undesired times for Crystal Palace (wanted 8am breakfast but currently 9am and Dinne at BOG but currently it's a 2.30pm slot).

Is there anything for kids to do at the expo, Or WWOS in general for that matter? And will the ESPN Grill be open during Expo hours? Was thinking we could tag-team with Jnr in there whilst the other goes to pick up their bib?

ESPN Grill is open. I ate lunch there for one race, just can't remember which one. There's not a ton for kids to do. I would actually just take the little one with you to get bibs and stuff so you can both knock it out at the same time instead of extending the process and having him wait longer. They do hand out Go Go Squeeze applesauce normally at the expo so he can grab one of those and enjoy too.

Same here! Not a ton to do as compared with other trips, because we KNOW we'll end up plugging in some F&W events and booths. But, still!

If the party is accessible through the International Gateway, you could do AK to Beach Club and walk to the IG.

They usually have a station set up for cheer signs and buttons that can be colored/decorated, otherwise no specific kid stuff. Sometimes, booths have a photo thing you can do.

I've eaten at Tiffins 3 times now. I have reviews of it in my dining reports in my signature (Feb/April 2017 & Fall 2016)

Got my ADRs this morning! Not too many but we're going Via Napoli on 11/3. BOG lunch on 11/4 and early celebratory dinner at Cali Grill on 11/5 before the post race party. Still undecided if I'll book an ADR for dinner before the 1/2. It depends on my friends.
