What did the PP mean by "small world mall"? Is it an area near small world? I haven't seen Mulan yet, so that would be cool.

The SWM is the big open area in front of IASW. added- there is a raised area that is on your right if you are looking at IASW.

I had a similar experience got the DL Half last fall. That said, I am using them again when I come in....TOMORROW!!!!!

And mall is synonymous with plaza or square in this sense. Not a commercial shopping centre.

Just a tip regarding the shuttles...we always fly into SNA and use Super Shuttle as well...never had a problem with them at all, but it's normally just 2 of us. This trip there will be 4 adults in our party and I read a tip online the other day that if you are flying into SNA with a group of 4 or more going to the Disney resort area, it usually ends up being a little cheaper per person to just get a cab...I found that tip just in time while I was searching for a coupon code to book the Super Shuttle...so we're going to try the cab this time and see how we "fare". Less than 4 people and I would def recommend Super Shuttle though.

I'm sure alot of us will start trickling to the West soon, so good luck everyone!!! I'll be there laaaaate friday night...save some merch for me at the expo please!!! I'm really going to try to make the meet up on saturday...the timing works well with our early dinner reservation so I'm hoping to stop in for a bit and not be too shy.

Per the Dateline Disneyland update, Touring Plans has the Crowd Prediction at 5 for Friday and 7.1 for Saturday. (Crowd levels are based on a scale from 1 to 10, with 1 being the least crowded conditions and 10 being most crowded.)

There will also be a Happy Lunar New Year Celebration this weekend. Below are some of the details of the celebration.
•Guests will enjoy the Happy Lunar New Year Celebration! from 10 am to 5 pm Jan, 20-29 at Small World Mall with special character appearances and family entertainment. Exhilarating live performances will be held Jan. 20-23, Jan. 25 and Jan. 27-29 (weather permitting).
•In Mulan’s Chinese New Year Procession, seen at selected times throughout the day, Mulan and Mushu proceed in colorful costumes to the photo location area. There, guests will greet Mulan and Mushu, along with Chip ‘n’ Dale dressed in festive, Asian-inspired attire.
•A colorful, photo location invites families to pose in front of themed backdrops, which include a variety of Disney characters and family photos. Disney’s PhotoPass Service will be on hand to help guests capture their magical experiences and share their memories.
•Food carts at Small World Mall will serve special treats, including chocolate churros, eggrolls, edamame and almond cookies

Woo hoo our race is almost here!

this is just way TOO MUCH excitement! I couldn't sleep last night and when I did sleep, I was dreaming of the race!!

I had a race dream last night, too.

Is anybody's work week suddenly slowed down to a complete halt? It's like the clock has stopped; every time I look at it, it never moves.

Even the Disboards are moving S-L-O-W-L-Y.

I think it depends on who is dispensing it -- in Tinker Bell's case I'm thinking it is a lovely green -- kind of like WISH green. This is a great ice breaker question for our meet on Saturday -- thanks!

Thanks for all the well wishes on my ribs. I am feeling better a bit sore but I get better every day. Now I can go back to worrying about the weather here and whether I can get out on Friday morning.
