I thought the same thing about Cirie not checking on Bruce. He has been in pain for 4 days and nothing was done about it. Strange.

I was so sad to see Bruce leave that way. I just hope that Terry wins next week so we can see them start picking their own. And why are they all not starting to see that they just might have to pick one of their own and start to scramble. Shane is a wacko. But they seem to forget that when the time comes to vote for someone.

Remember we are seeing something edited.

Survivor wanted to create suspense--if they showed him complaining or her complaining any earlier--well there would be no suspense.

shane just had diaper rash. Nothing urgent there other than we understand why he now sleeps nekkid.

Unlike a lot of DISers, I do not like Cirie. I'm sick of her smug interviews where all she can do is laugh at everyone's misfortunes. You can tell a great deal about a person by what they find amusing. (No, I'm not talking about the Shane incident.)

From when the tribes first merged into 2 tribes---she was told point blank in front of everyone that she and what's her name were next and it didn't matter who went b/c the other was going next.

Yes--I would laugh at misfortunes as well.

I doubt she's laughing about Bruce though.

She's laughing at a bunch of dysfunctional misfits as I sure some of us are doing from the comfort of our cozy little homes.

I have two thoughts:

One, I think Shane is a complete crackpot. He scared me when he told (who did he tell? I forgot already!) that he'd hunt her down at her apartment and kill her. And he acted like a 2 year old about the challenge. I don't believe for a minute he'd have taken Cerie if he won.

Two, I can't believe all this "swearing on my children's lives". I don't believe swearing on someone's life does a darn thing, but it's the thought of it. Why would you do that? I can't believe Shane did, especially when he seems like he really, really dotes on that son, then I can't believe he asked Cerie to do it, then I was dumbfounded when she didn't refuse.

I am not sure Terry will be able to win, unless he successfully convinces them at the end that winning all the challenges makes him the ultimate survivor..............

I TOTALLY AGREE! I think Cirie is just trying to keep things light- I prefer her giggling to past contestants constant whining or nasty comments.

Cirie is PROOF-POSITIVE that they need to do a Survivor chapter full of "pooh sized" people. Can you see the weight she has lost? I need to go on Survivor!

My thoughts on this Survivor series:

Cirie - coasting all the way on others successes.
Shane - an absolute loon; child-like, selfish, mean and cruel.
Danielle - would not, could not trust her - she will cut your throat.
Courtney - sweet but way dumb and stupid.
Aras - he thinks he is smart, but he's a dingbat.
Bruce - Sorry to see him go.
Terry - Kick all their butts - you are the Ultimate survivor and I am hoping you take it all.

Totally agree about Shane, but I don't think Cirie is coasting. She had her head on the chopping block, she was the next one to go, she had to do something. What she chose to do, what her "survivor" instinct was, was to slip back into the shadows, where she hoped they would be so embroiled in their own drama, they would forget about her. It WORKED. It worked so well, she is now being named as number 3! She stepped back, and let the foolish alliance fall apart on it's own. She knew it was a stupid alliance. She knew how Shane picked the alliance was stupid. Pointing and saying, "you, you, and you, us 4 we are an alliance." DUH.

She certainly does her fair share in camp, and nobody can deny that she did not contribute in the challenges. To me, a coaster is someone who does not help win anything, yet, flies under the radar when they have to pick someone to go home (this is when they are in seperate tribes)

Vecepia was a coaster. The most undeserving winner of ANY Survivor series. Cirie is playing the game, the only way she could play it. Or she would of been gone weeks ago.

start here: I was watching CBS, waiting for CSI Miami to come on. The preview for Thursdays episode shows an endurance challenge. They show Terry, and ask, "Will the King be dethroned, and actually show him falling in the water. I panicked for a minute, and realized, Survivor people hate to give anything away, so I rewound my DVR, and slo-mowed the clip, and guess what??? Yes, Terry falls in the water, but every platform around him is EMPTY. Looks like they just showed Terry taking a victory dive!

I agree with you- I really like Cirie. I am hoping it is her and Terry in the final two. I would like either to win- they both are playing the game very well, just in different ways. Terry knows how to dominate the challenges; Cirie knows how to work her way with people. Both are vital elements in Survivor.

Terry made a good move getting Courtney into a semi-alliance. Now, I'm hoping she is angry at the other players, especially Danielle for voting her off. If Terry gets in the final 2, hopefully she'll vote for him since he stuck to his original plan unlike Cerie and Danielle.

Oh my, if Terry wins immunity next week, it's gonna get UGLY!!!

Is next week the last opportunity Terry has to use the immunity idol? I can't remember if it can be used to get yourself to the final 4 or if it can go past that.

As much as I love Terry I was rooting for someone else to win the vehicle. I don't think anyone likes to see one person win everything.

I wish Aras had been voted out. I really didn't find Courtney all that annoying. I felt kind of bad for her.

Isn't that close to what Tom, the firefighter did? He worked his butt off, won most of the challenges and was in the final two. Wasn't his speech: I deserve it because I worked hard and didn't coast.

I like Cirie too.....she works people a lot and I love when she does her "confessional" type talks to the camera and is always laughing. She cracked me up w/ the whole fish thing!

Terry reminds me of Colby and Tom....all of them won the challenges. Colby didn't win the million, though.

I WAS CRACKING UP when Cirie caught that mammoth fish! WTG Cirie! I just love her- she makes me smile. I think she's playing a great game and I hope she goes to final two.
