I found a map that shows many of the shipping routes around Nova Scotia. they are quite far out. Whether they can use closer to the coast routes I will have to dig and find out.

I do know two things about the Bay of Fundy, the first is the Fog that can surround your ship at times....lots of times, white all around and blue sky above, it is neat. The second is that there are restricted routes in the Bay to protect the whales.
I would imagine that there will be several tours to Peggy's Cove, Lunenburg and a few other fishing villages in New brunswick that will allow you to see lighthouses. Hopefully a few covered bridges as well.
